**Combination of herbal powders and extracts per capsule:**
– Powder of licorice roots (*Glycyrrhiza glabra*) – 100 mg
– Extract (10:1) of vervain herb (*Verbena officinalis*) – 75 mg
– Extract (10:1) of primrose roots (*Primula veris*) – 50 mg
– Extract (10:1) of sorrel herb (*Rumex acetosa*) – 50 mg
– Extract (10:1) of elderberry flowers (*Sambucus nigra*) – 50 mg
– Extract (10:1) of gentian roots (*Gentiana macrophylla*) – 20 mg
– Extract (5:1) of bamboo shoots (*Bambusa arundinacea*) containing 25% silicon – 10 mg
**Excipients:** Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell) – 75 mg
FORMULATION
10 capsules per blister, 30 capsules (10×3) in a cardboard box.
Properties
**Primrose root extract (Primula veris)** contains saponins, aglycones, and vitamin C; it exhibits antitussive, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic properties.
**Elderberry flower extract (Sambucus nigra)** contains glycosides, essential oils, choline, rutin, carotene, etc., which possess secretolytic, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties. It supports the normal functioning of the nasal sinuses, boosts immunity, normalizes the function of bronchial ciliated epithelium, and restores drainage and ventilation of the paranasal sinuses. It reduces nasal mucosal swelling.
Licorice root bioactive compounds (Glycyrrhiza glabra) have expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and soothing effects; they enhance the functional activity of respiratory epithelium, promote the liquefaction and removal of mucus from the nasal sinuses, and reduce coughing.
Vervain herb extract (Verbena officinalis) has a complex activity characterized by secretolytic, decongestant, anti-inflammatory, and immunostimulatory effects. It is a source of flavonoids, contributing to the normalization of immune system function, and also exhibits antioxidant properties.
Sorrel herb bioactive compounds (Rumex acetosa) possess antibacterial, secretolytic, and anti-inflammatory effects.
Large-leaved gentian (Gentiana macrophylla) exhibits antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. Its glycosides also provide spasmolytic action.
Bamboo shoot fibers (Bambusa arundinacea) have anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, tonic, expectorant, and antipyretic properties.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
May be recommended by a doctor for use in dietary nutrition as a source of a complex of biologically active plant-based substances to normalize the functional state of the nasal sinuses and ease breathing during inflammatory diseases of ENT organs (rhinitis, pharyngitis, acute and chronic sinusitis), inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract, as well as to boost immunity during seasonal colds.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For adults and children aged 12 and older, take 1 capsule 1–2 times a day after meals, with a large glass of water.
Duration of use: Up to 4 weeks; longer use and the possibility of a repeat course should be agreed upon with a doctor.
